Kranevo is a small resort village on the northern coast of the Black Sea. The name of the village comes from the name of the fortress Kraneya. Near the village runs Kranevskaya river.

Summers are usually sunny and hot.

Kranevo Beach is wide, covered with white clean sand, sea is shallow, with slight slope. On foot it`s about 50-100 m to the sea.

There is lot of green trees in Kranevo, and one of the children's complex is located entirely in the beautiful park with century-old oaks, linden trees, cypresses, fig trees and willows.

In 1968 researchers-hydrologists found in Kranevo mineral springs, beating all year round. Having a temperature of 24 degrees and mineralization of 547 mg/l, water of these sources is used in the treatment of cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, gynaecological and skin diseases.

They also successfully treat the consequences of intoxication by heavy metals, joint diseases, urinary infections and problems of metabolism.

To the north of Kranevo is the valley of the river Batova. 2 km long way on foot or by car from the Kranevo to Albena takes no more than 10 minutes. To Varna it`s about 25 km. There are taxis and regular bus service.

One-storied „studio-styled“ apartments are located on the ground floor and have an area of 32 m2. There are two stationary beds in these apartments . At night you can leave open only the second door with mosquito net.
