Villa is located in the village Rogachevo of Dobrich region approximately 6 km from Golden Sands on the Black Sea and 25 kilometres from Varna.

If necessary, in Varna our taxi driver Zora will meet you. His wife helps with the maintenance cleanliness in the house.

Clean air and beautiful view - Rogachevo is perfect for family holidays with children or for a small group of friends up to 6 people.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor in the house. Also there is a toilet, shower with massage and exit to the balconies.

There is a large living-room with sofa and fireplace on the ground floor. To lobby adjacent an open kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

There is an exit through the glass wall to a terrace with grill. In the yard there is a small garden with an inflatable pool.

The entire area is guarded and illuminated at night.

Of course there are cable TV in the house.

Rogachevo is quite a prestigious place and in the summer the majority of the population are owners of villas and holidaymakers.

The local population is around 250 people.

In addition to private houses there is a resort complex of 4* "Harmony Hills " in the village. There is an outdoor swimming pool, also mini market and restaurants.

The way from Rogachevo to health resort Albena takes no more than 10 minutes driving a car. It's about 25 km to Varna. There are taxis and regular bus lines.
